The Launois winery has deep roots in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger traditions. They’ve been tending vines in the village for three generations, selling their best fruit to the top players and bottling small amounts through the cooperative system. In 2013 Julien and Sarah Launois took over the estate from Julien’s father Jean-Pierre. Steeped in their village’s traditions but spurred on by an era of innovation across the region, the couple struck out along their own path.
